The three-story Block 23 is located in the heart of the University District of Calgary. Block 23 is a retail building combining the West & East Buildings which share a common underground parkade and park area. The West Building is a complex for offices, restaurants, and retailers. The Retail spaces front on University Avenue, the districts main artery, with larger retail spots on the Eastside of the building where Staples and Cineplex are located.
PCS installed an integrated Mircom door entry system, RBH Access Controls & cabling for all the CCTV throughout the building.
